Everest Capital was formed to simplify the transition from a house for sale to a house that sold.  Between inspections, appraisals, buyers agents, sellers agents, and title companies,  selling a home can be complicated and time-consuming.

We are a direct buyer in the Austin market. When it makes sense to a seller, we offer a purchase agreement that avoids the typical headaches such as: an appraisal, need for inspections, and financing contingencies.  We are able to cover the closing expenses.  Ultimately the price we pay is what you will walk away from closing with.
